Mickey Bunn has been actively involved with the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce for many years.

One of Mickey's many yearly Chamber activities is helping to promote and emcee the annual Music and Arts Festival, held each year in September on the Hickman County Courthouse Square in Centerville, TN.

Each year, Mickey not only acts as Master of Ceremonies for The Grinders Switch Music and Arts Festival, or Fair-On-The-Square, as it known locally, he also secures a professional sound system and sound engineer used for the all-day festival.    

If it weren't enough to make sure the portable stage was set up properly, the sound crew secured, making sure there is enough electrical power to run all of the equipment,  Mickey also books the performing talent for the Music and Arts Festival.

And there's more?  You bet!

Mickey is an elected Hickman County Commissioner and serves on Hickman County's Vision 21 Economic and Community Development Board, The Hickman County Health Foundation Board and The South Central Tennessee Railroad Authority Board.  To say that Mickey Bunn's heart lies in Hickman County, Tennessee is truly an understatement.  He is always searching for ways to make Hickman County more appealing and attractive to Business and Industry while helping his fellow Hickman County citizens improve their standard of living and yet keep Hickman County the nice, quiet, and safe, family-oriented community it has always been.

	In September 2004, Mickey attended Governor Phil Bredesen's Three-Star Awards banquet and ceremony in Nashville, TN.
